Payment Terms

How payment works.

  • Payment by bank transfer on receipt of invoice
  • Block bookings invoiced upfront before the first lesson
  • Pay-as-you-go invoiced weekly
  • Monthly billing available for ongoing students
Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice
  • Lessons cancelled with less notice charged at 50%
  • Make-up lessons offered where possible
  • Block-booked lessons can be rescheduled within the block
